The Weekly Cost Report is a summary cost report which is sent to a target set of email addresses/DLs. The report is based upon each context and contains the following cost analysis of the recently completed week:
Daily total cost
Biggest cost increase across service, region, account, and tags as compared to the previous week
Biggest cost decrease across service, region, account, and tags as compared to the previous week
