Onboard AWS Fargate

Yotascale is able to process target metrics from the AWS CUR file and give cost by Fargate cluster, and respective Fargate Tasks. 

To do so, we need you to please enable the Split cost allocation data in your Cost and Usage Report (CUR) settings, so that we get the Fargate metrics we need to provide visibility.
